A front office executive in Ramnagar can spend a season at Ranthambore; a housekeeping supervisor can shadow our corporate housekeeping team in New Delhi. We hire for attitude first and standards second, then train for both, because a warm manner and a tidy corridor are skills that travel well in this business.
Hospitality roles here run from guest services and F&B to housekeeping, maintenance, sales and property management. What matters most: reliability, a calm manner with guests, and the willingness to work the long days the season brings. Experience in a resort or hotel is a strong plus for senior posts; for entry-level posts we will train the fundamentals and set clear expectations from week one.
