Jim Corbett, Ramnagar (Uttarakhand): Maulik Mansion, Maya The Forest - both in Ramnagar, the gateway town to the park.
Ranthambore (Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan): Sundervan Vilas and Moti Bagh Resort, close to the park and Ranthambore Fort.
Amritsar (Punjab): Hotel Holiday Dreamz, a short drive from the Golden Temple.
What to include when you write to us
To get a fast quote, send the property, your travel dates, number of guests and the room type you have in mind, plus any special plans - safaris, a wedding, an offsite or an anniversary. We reply to every enquiry, usually within a few hours during working days.
Frequently asked before you call
How far in advance should I book? For the November-to-March season, three to four weeks ahead is comfortable for the Corbett and Ranthambore resorts; in the monsoon and early summer months, dates are easier to get and last-minute plans are often possible. Suites and villas sell out first in winter, so if a specific room type matters to you, call early.
Can I change my dates or room after booking? Yes - tell us the property, your booking reference and the change you need, and we will check availability and confirm. Early check-in and late check-out are arranged wherever the house allows; ask when you book so we can plan around it.
Do you arrange transfers and safaris? Yes. Airport and station transfers, park-entry safaris, and day tours around Haridwar and Amritsar can all be arranged through the reservations team - mention them with your booking request and we will quote them together with your room.
How do payments and confirmations work? Your booking is confirmed by the property, and payment details are shared with you when the reservation is placed; corporate and group programmes are coordinated through the New Delhi office.
